TRAIN COACH
12-Week Coaching Sign Up 

This program isn’t for the casual, the curious, or the “maybe later” crowd. Training is scheduled for 2-4 days per week, for 12 weeks, in Prospect Park or your residential gym at no extra fee within our limited Brooklyn service radius. After signing up, you'll be invited to a 15-minute consultation call to confirm your goals, availability, commitment level, and whether you're ready to invest. Completed and signed TRAIN COACH Client Agreement and payment required prior to training. Choose one of our program options:


2 Sessions Weekly 

24 session / 12-Weeks

$600 / Monthly


3 Sessions Weekly 

36 session / 12-Weeks

$800 / Monthly

4 Sessions Weekly 

48 session / 12-Weeks

$1000 / Monthly


What You Can Expect:


  • A secured 12-week time slot and locked in schedule so your routine never slips (2-4 sessions per week).

  • One-on-one private result-driven premium coaching.

  • A full 12-week coaching program built around you including boxing technique and conditioning, elite fitness training, lifestyle coaching and accountability.

  • Weekly check-ins and progress tracking.

  • Private communication line for direct access.

  • Training Kit: 14oz boxing gloves, speed rope, hand wraps and wash bag.

  • Flexible training locations: Prospect Park or residential gym/fitness area (within a limited Brooklyn service radius) so you can't hide behind excuses.
