This program isn’t for the casual, the curious, or the “maybe later” crowd. Training is scheduled for 3-4 days per week, for 12 weeks, in Prospect Park or within a limited service radius (home, apartment gym, or building gym at no extra fee). I personally review each submission.

36 sessions 12-week coaching program: $2,400 paid in full
or $800/month for 3 months using the payment plan.
48 sessions 12-week coaching program: $3,000 paid in full
or $1000/month for 3 months using the payment plan.

Free Training Kit to get started: 14oz boxing gloves, speed rope, hand wraps and wash bag.
Flexible training locations: Prospect Park or your home/building gym (within a limited Brooklyn service radius) so you can't hide behind excuses. Hazardous weather, schedule changes, low motivation?
